ถ้าผู้ให้อาศัยมิได้ห้ามไว้ชัดแจ้ง ผู้อาศัยจะเก็บเอาดอกผลธรรมดาหรือผลแห่งที่ดิน มาใช้เพียงที่จำเป็นแก่ความต้องการของครัวเรือนก็ได้
