สิทธิเรียกร้องที่เกิดขึ้นโดยคำพิพากษาของศาลที่ถึงที่สุด หรือโดยสัญญาประนีประนอมยอมความ ให้มีกำหนดอายุความสิบปี ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าสิทธิเรียกร้องเดิมจะมีกำหนดอายุความเท่าใด
