ให้บรรดามูลนิธิที่ได้จดทะเบียนตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นมูลนิธิตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ที่ได้ตรวจชำระใหม่ท้ายพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และให้ถือว่าตราสารก่อตั้งมูลนิธิดังกล่าวเป็นข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ที่ได้ตรวจชำระใหม่ท้ายพระราชบัญญัตินี้มูลนิธิใดที่ได้จดทะเบียนตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ มิได้ใช้ชื่อซึ่งมีคำว่า “มูลนิธิ” ประกอบกับชื่อของมูลนิธิ ให้ยื่นคำขอแก้ไขข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิให้ถูกต้องตาม
