ในการเรียกให้ใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันวินาศภัยในการเรียกให้ใช้หรือให้คืนเบี้ยประกันภัย ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาสองปีนับแต่วันซึ่งสิทธิจะเรียกให้ใช้หรือคืนเบี้ยประกันภัยถึงกำหนดส่วนที่ ๒วิธีเฉพาะการประกันภัยในการรับขน
