อันสัญญาเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้นย่อมไม่ระงับไป เพราะเหตุโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ทรัพย์สินซึ่งให้เช่าผู้รับโอนย่อมรับไปทั้งสิทธิและหน้าที่ของผู้โอนซึ่งมีต่อผู้เช่านั้นด้วย
