ในเมื่อสิ้นกำหนดเวลาเช่าซึ่งได้ตกลงกันไว้นั้น ถ้าผู้เช่ายังคงครองทรัพย์สินอยู่ และผู้ให้เช่ารู้ความนั้นแล้วไม่ทักท้วงไซร้ ท่านให้ถือว่าคู่สัญญาเป็นอันได้ทำสัญญาใหม่ต่อไปไม่มีกำหนดเวลา
