ถ้าทรัพย์สินเป็นอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ได้จดไว้ในทะเบียนที่ดิน ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าบุคคลผู้มีชื่อในทะเบียนเป็นผู้มีสิทธิครอบครอง
