Section 190/2 is a linking provision within Chapter 1 on small claims procedure. It confirms that once a case is classified as a small claim under sections 189 and 190, the court applies the streamlined rules of this chapter, sections 190/3 through 193/5, in place of the ordinary procedure. The chapter as a whole was restructured with these bis, ter, quater and quinque sections to modernise and speed up small claims handling.
