Fees shall be charged at the following rates:
(1) a fee for filing a debt-repayment claim of two hundred baht, but a debt-repayment claim not exceeding twenty thousand baht is exempt from fees;
(2) a fee for contesting an execution officer's order before the court concerning a debt-repayment claim, of two hundred baht per matter;
(3) a court filing fee where there is an appeal concerning a debt-repayment claim, or an appeal concerning the lawyer's reward, of two hundred baht per matter;
(4) fees other than those in (1), (2), and (3) shall be charged at the same rates as the fees in the schedule annexed to this Code.

This is the fee provision closing the class action title, and its structure reinforces the access to justice design running through Part 6. The fees for the member-facing steps, filing a claim, contesting an execution officer's order, and appealing on a claim or the lawyer's reward, are all fixed at a nominal two hundred baht rather than charged ad valorem, and small claims up to twenty thousand baht are entirely exempt. This keeps the cost of participating in the distribution stage negligible for individual members, consistent with Section 222/10, which already frees the lead plaintiff from paying fees on the whole group's claim. Anything not specifically listed reverts to the Code's standard fee schedule under item (4).

The flat 200 baht fees, and the full exemption for claims of 20,000 baht or less, mean that participating as a member costs almost nothing, so a small individual loss is still worth claiming in a class recovery.
