การบังคับคดีในกรณีที่คำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลให้ขับไล่ลูกหนี้ตามคำพิพากษาออกไปจากอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ที่อยู่อาศัย หรือทรัพย์ที่ครอบครอง ให้เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๓๕๑ มาตรา ๓๕๒ มาตรา ๓๕๓ และมาตรา ๓๕๔

English translation
In the execution of a case where a judgment or order of the court directs the eviction of the judgment debtor from immovable property, a dwelling, or property in possession, the executing officer shall proceed under Section 351, Section 352, Section 353 and Section 354.
In the execution of a case where a judgment or order directs the judgment debtor to demolish structures, perennial plants, annual plants or grain, or to move property out of immovable property, a dwelling, or property in possession, the executing officer shall proceed under Section 355.

As the gateway to Chapter 4, this section sorts eviction executions into two tracks and points the executing officer to the correct procedure for each. The first track, pure eviction of persons from immovable property, a dwelling or possessed property, runs through Sections 351 to 354. The second track, physical demolition of structures and plantings or removal of property, runs through Section 355. The framework was reorganised and consolidated by the Amendment Act (No. 30) B.E. 2560, which gathered the eviction rules into a single, sequenced chapter.
