ในกรณีค้นหาสิ่งของที่หาย ถ้าพอทำได้ จะให้เจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองสิ่งของนั้นหรือผู้แทนของเขาไปกับเจ้าพนักงานในการค้นนั้นด้วยก็ได้

In a search for lost property, if it is practicable, the owner or possessor of that property, or his representative, may be allowed to accompany the officer in the search.

Section 95 is a short facilitative provision within Chapter 2 (Search). It does not create a right so much as a discretion: where a search is aimed at finding lost property, the officer may permit the owner, possessor, or their representative to be present to help identify the items. It supports the accuracy of a search and sits alongside the identification and verification duties in Sections 101 to 103 concerning seized property.
