เมื่อได้ชำระบัญชีแล้ว ให้โอนทรัพย์สินของมูลนิธิให้แก่มูลนิธิหรือนิติบุคคลที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ตามมาตรา ๑๑๐ ซึ่งได้ระบุชื่อไว้ในข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิ ถ้าข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิมิได้ระบุชื่อมูลนิธิหรือนิติบุคคลดังกล่าวไว้ พนักงานอัยการ ผู้ชำระบัญชี หรือผู้มีส่วนได้เสียคนหนึ่งคนใด อาจร้องขอต่อศาลให้จัดสรรทรัพย์สินนั้นแก่มูลนิธิหรือนิติบุคคลอื่นที่ปรากฏว่ามีวัตถุประสงค์ใกล้ชิดที่สุดกับวัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธินั้นได้ ถ้ามูลนิธินั้นถูกศาลสั่งให้เลิกตามมาตรา ๑๓๑ (๑) หรือ (๒) หรือการจัดสรรทรัพย์สินตามวรรคหนึ่งไม่อาจกระทำได้ ให้ทรัพย์สินของมูลนิธิตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน

Après liquidation, l'actif restant est transféré à une fondation ou à une personne morale dont l'objet est conforme à l'article 110, tel que spécifié dans le règlement. Le procureur, le liquidateur ou toute personne intéressée peut demander au tribunal d'affecter l'actif à une autre fondation ou personne morale dont l'objet est étroitement similaire à celui de la fondation initiale. Si la fondation est dissoute par décision de justice en application de l'article 131, paragraphes 1 ou 2, ou si l'affectation de l'actif prévue au paragraphe 1 est impossible, l'actif de la fondation est dévolu à l'État.
