ในการสลักหลังลงในประทวนสินค้าครั้งแรกนั้น ต้องจดแจ้งจำนวนหนี้ที่จำนำสินค้าเป็นประกันทั้งจำนวนดอกเบี้ยที่จะต้องชำระและวันที่หนี้จะถึงกำหนดชำระด้วย
