ผู้ใดเป็นผู้สนับสนุนในการกระทำความผิดใด ๆ ในหมวดนี้ ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับตัวการในความผิดนั้น

Whoever is a supporter in the commission of any offence in this Chapter shall be liable to the same punishment as a principal in that offence.

Firm annotation
Under Section 86 a supporter is normally liable to two thirds of the penalty for the principal offence. This section removes that reduction for the offences in this Chapter, so a supporter is punished as a principal. Like Section 128, it is a Chapter-wide rule rather than a substantive offence, and the two together mean that in this Chapter the usual discounts for inchoate and secondary liability do not apply.
