ผู้ใดกระทำการด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้การสื่อสารสาธารณะทางไปรษณีย์ ทางโทรเลข ทางโทรศัพท์ หรือทางวิทยุขัดข้อง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ หมายเหตุ: [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๖) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐]

Whoever does anything to disrupt public communication by post, by telegraph, by telephone, or by radio shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.

Firm annotation
The four channels named are post, telegraph, telephone and radio, and the conduct is anything that disrupts public communication through them. Unlike Section 234 there is no requirement of danger to the public: disruption alone completes the offence. The penalty is up to three years, or a fine of up to 60,000 baht, or both.
