ในกรณีที่มีบุคคลหลายรายยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนมูลนิธิตามพินัยกรรมของเจ้ามรดกรายเดียวกัน ถ้าคำขอนั้นมีข้อขัดแย้งกัน ให้นายทะเบียนเรียกผู้ยื่นคำขอมาตกลงกัน และถ้าผู้ยื่นคำขอไม่มาตกลงกัน หรือตกลงกันไม่ได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่นายทะเบียนกำหนด ให้นายทะเบียนมีคำสั่งตามที่เห็นสมควร และให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๑๙ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม

Si plusieurs personnes souhaitent enregistrer une fondation sous la même volonté (de cujus) et que leurs demandes sont contradictoires, le greffier convoque les demandeurs afin de parvenir à un accord. Si les demandeurs ne se présentent pas ou ne parviennent pas à un accord dans le délai fixé par le greffier, ce dernier rend une décision qu'il juge appropriée, et les dispositions de l'article 119 sont appliquées mutatis mutandis.
