Après l'enregistrement de la fondation, si le demandeur est toujours vivant, les biens expropriés à ce titre deviennent la propriété de la fondation à compter de la date d'enregistrement auprès du registre du commerce et des sociétés. Si le demandeur décède avant l'enregistrement de la fondation, les biens expropriés deviennent la propriété de la fondation à compter de la date de son décès, postérieure à l'enregistrement.
