ถ้าจ้างแรงงานรายใดมีสาระสำคัญอยู่ที่ตัวบุคคลผู้เป็นนายจ้าง ท่านว่าสัญญาจ้างเช่นนั้นย่อมระงับไปด้วยมรณะแห่งนายจ้าง
