Statutory text (Thai original)
ถ้าของเป็นสภาพอันจะก่อให้เกิดอันตรายได้ หรือเป็นสภาพเกลือกจะก่อให้เกิดเสียหายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินไซร้ ผู้ส่งต้องแสดงสภาพแห่งของนั้นไว้ก่อนทำสัญญา ถ้ามิได้ทำเช่นนั้นผู้ส่งจะต้องรับผิดในการเสียหายไม่ว่าอย่างใด ๆ อันเกิดแต่ของนั้น

English translation
Where the goods are of a nature that may cause danger, or that may cause damage to persons or property, the consignor must declare their nature before the contract is made. Failing that, the consignor is liable for any damage arising from those goods.
