ถ้าคนโดยสารไม่รับมอบเครื่องเดินทางของตนภายในเวลาเดือนหนึ่งนับแต่วันเครื่องเดินทางนั้นถึงไซร้ ผู้ขนส่งอาจเอาออกขายทอดตลาดเสียได้ ถ้าเครื่องเดินทางนั้นมีสภาพเป็นของสดของเสียได้ ผู้ขนส่งอาจเอาออกขายทอดตลาดได้ เมื่อของนั้นถึงแล้วรออยู่ล่วงเวลากว่ายี่สิบสี่ชั่วโมง บทบัญญัติในมาตรา ๖๓๒ นั้น ท่านให้ใช้บังคับแก่คดีดังว่านี้ด้วยอนุโลมตามควร

Where the passenger does not take delivery of his luggage within one month from the day it arrives, the carrier may sell it by public auction.
Where the luggage is perishable, the carrier may sell it by public auction once it has arrived and has been kept for more than twenty-four hours.
Section 632 applies to such a sale, mutatis mutandis.
