สิทธิและความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งเพื่อเครื่องเดินทางอันได้มอบหมายแก่ผู้ขนส่งนั้น แม้ผู้ขนส่งจะมิได้คิดเอาค่าขนส่งต่างหากก็ตาม ท่านให้บังคับตามความในหมวด ๑
