Statutory text (Thai original)
ถ้าเอกสารมีทั้งใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้าหรือแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดสูญหายไป เมื่อผู้ทรงเอกสารนั้น ๆ ให้ประกันตามสมควรแล้ว จะให้นายคลังสินค้าออกให้ใหม่ก็ได้ในกรณีเช่นนี้นายคลังสินค้าต้องจดหมายลงไว้ในต้นขั้วเป็นสำคัญ

English translation
If the warehouse receipt and the warrant, or either of them, are lost, the holder may, on giving reasonable security, require the warehouseman to issue new ones. In such case the warehouseman must make a record of it on the counterfoil.
