ผู้รับรองด้วยสอดเข้าแก้หน้าย่อมต้องรับผิดต่อผู้ทรงตั๋วเงินนั้น และรับผิดต่อผู้สลักหลังทั้งหลายภายหลังคู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งตนเข้าแก้หน้าอย่างเดียวกันกับที่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นต้องรับผิดอยู่เอง(๒) การใช้เงินเพื่อแก้หน้า

English translation
An acceptor by intervention is liable to the holder of the bill, and to the endorsers subsequent to the party on whose behalf he intervened, in the same manner as that party is liable.
