The rules and procedures for filing the application, for considering and deciding it, and the time limits for considering the application under Section 247, together with the examination and acceptance of the dika, the response to the dika, the hearing, and the judgment of the case, including the ordering of a refund of court fees, shall be in accordance with the regulations of the President of the Supreme Court.
The regulations of the President of the Supreme Court under paragraph one shall come into force once they have been approved by the plenary session of the Supreme Court and published in the Government Gazette.
