In the execution of a case where a judgment or order of the court directs the judgment debtor to return or deliver specific property to the judgment creditor, if the provisions of this Chapter do not prescribe a specific method of execution, the provisions of Chapter 2 on the execution of money debts shall apply mutatis mutandis.

This provision opens Chapter 3 on execution for the return or delivery of specific property and acts as a bridge to the detailed money-debt regime in Chapter 2.
