Whoever incites or brings about a joint stoppage of work, a joint lockout, or a joint refusal to trade or to have business dealings with any person, in order to bring about a change in the law of the land, to coerce the Government, or to intimidate the people, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both.
Whoever, knowing of such a purpose, takes part in or assists in that joint stoppage of work, joint lockout, or joint refusal to trade or to have business dealings with any person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
Whoever, knowing of such a purpose, uses force, threatens to use force, or causes fear by any means, in order to make a person take part in or assist in that joint stoppage of work, joint lockout, or joint refusal to trade or to have business dealings with any person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.

Contrairement à la plupart des infractions prévues par ce chapitre, il offre une amende en lieu et place de l'emprisonnement.
Pourquoi cela est important en pratique
L'argument principal de la défense réside dans l'élément déterminant : une grève, un lock-out ou un boycott ne constitue une infraction que s'il porte atteinte à la sécurité de l'État, à l'ordre public ou aux bonnes mœurs. Les conflits sociaux ou commerciaux ordinaires, menés légalement, ne sont donc pas concernés par cette disposition. La peine encourue est une peine d'emprisonnement pouvant aller jusqu'à sept ans, une amende pouvant atteindre 140 000 bahts, ou les deux. La possibilité d'une amende offre au tribunal la possibilité d'une peine non privative de liberté. Le caractère préjudiciable de l'action étant primordial, les preuves relatives à l'objet et aux effets de l'action collective sont généralement déterminantes.
