Article 131: Violence against an accredited foreign envoy

ผู้ใดทำร้ายร่างกายหรือประทุษร้ายต่อเสรีภาพของผู้แทนรัฐต่างประเทศ ซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งให้มาสู่พระราชสำนัก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน
English translation
Whoever causes bodily harm to, or commits violence against the liberty of, a representative of a foreign State accredited to the Royal Court shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years. Whoever attempts to do so shall be liable to the same punishment.

The protected person is a representative of a foreign State accredited to the Royal Court, which is narrower than any foreign official. The conduct covered is bodily harm or violence against liberty, and an attempt carries the same penalty as the completed act. Section 130 is the equivalent for a foreign sovereign or head of State, and Section 132 covers killing either category.
