ผู้ใดขุดหลุมหรือราง หรือปลูกปักหรือวางสิ่งของเกะกะไว้ในทางสาธารณะ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือทำได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย แต่ละเลยไม่แสดงสัญญาณตามสมควร เพื่อป้องกันอุปัทวเหตุ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หมายเหตุ: [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๖ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘]
