ถ้าข้อความหรือข้อมูลที่จะใช้ในการจดทะเบียนหรือประกาศโฆษณาเกิดขึ้นในต่างประเทศ ให้เริ่มนับระยะเวลาสำหรับการจดทะเบียนหรือประกาศโฆษณา ตั้งแต่เมื่อข้อความหรือข้อมูลนั้นมาถึงสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ของห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัท

If a statement or information to be used in a registration or a publication arises in a foreign country, the period for the registration or the publication begins to run from the time when that statement or information reaches the head office of the partnership or company.
