การจดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัท การแก้ไขข้อความที่ได้จดทะเบียนไว้ในภายหลัง และการจดทะเบียนอย่างอื่นตามลักษณะ ๒๒ หุ้นส่วนและบริษัท ที่กำหนดให้จดทะเบียน ให้จดทะเบียน ณ สำนักงานทะเบียนหุ้นส่วนบริษัทที่สำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ตั้งอยู่หรือตามที่รัฐมนตรีเจ้ากระทรวงประกาศกำหนด

English translation
The registration of a partnership or company, the subsequent alteration of any registered particulars, and any other registration required to be made under Title XXII, Partnerships and Companies, shall be made at the partnership and company registration office where the head office is situated, or at such registration office as the Minister in charge of the Ministry may announce.
