เมื่อสมาคมมีเหตุต้องเลิกตามมาตรา ๑๐๑ (๑) (๒) (๓) หรือ (๔) ให้คณะกรรมการของสมาคมที่อยู่ในตำแหน่งขณะมีการเลิกสมาคมแจ้งการเลิกสมาคมต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่มีการเลิกสมาคม ในกรณีที่ศาลมีคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งถึงที่สุดให้สมาคมล้มละลายตามมาตรา ๑๐๑ (๕) หรือมีคำสั่งถึงที่สุดให้เลิกสมาคมตามมาตรา ๑๐๔ ให้ศาลแจ้งคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งดังกล่าวให้นายทะเบียนทราบด้วย ให้นายทะเบียนประกาศการเลิกสมาคมในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Lorsqu'une association doit être dissoute en vertu de l'article 101 (1), (2), (3) ou (4), le comité de l'association en fonction au moment de la dissolution en informe le greffier dans les quatorze jours suivant la date de dissolution. Si une association est déclarée en faillite par un jugement ou une ordonnance définitive du tribunal en vertu de l'article 101 (5), ou est dissoute par une ordonnance définitive en vertu de l'article 104, le tribunal en informe le greffier. Le greffier publie alors la dissolution au Journal officiel.
