เมื่อมีกรณีตามมาตรา ๑๐๒ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียอาจร้องขอให้นายทะเบียนถอนชื่อสมาคมออกจากทะเบียนได้ ถ้านายทะเบียนไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำร้องขอโดยไม่แจ้งเหตุผลให้ผู้ร้องขอทราบภายในเวลาอันสมควร หรือนายทะเบียนได้แจ้งเหตุผลให้ทราบแล้วแต่ผู้ร้องขอไม่พอใจในเหตุผลดังกล่าว ผู้ร้องขอนั้นจะร้องขอต่อศาลให้สั่งเลิกสมาคมนั้นเสียก็ได้

Lorsqu'une affaire relevant de l'article 102 se présente, toute personne intéressée peut demander au registraire de radier l'association du registre. Si le registraire ne fait pas droit à cette demande et n'informe pas le demandeur des motifs de son refus dans un délai raisonnable, ou si les motifs invoqués ne satisfont pas le demandeur, ce dernier peut saisir le tribunal afin d'obtenir la dissolution de l'association.
