ห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนห้างหนึ่งจะควบเข้าเป็นอันเดียวกับห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนอีกห้างหนึ่งก็ได้ โดยความยินยอมของผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนทั้งหมด เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
