เมื่อห้างได้ควบเข้ากันแล้ว ต่างห้างก็ต่างมีหน้าที่จะต้องนำความนั้นไปจดลงทะเบียน ว่าได้ควบเข้ากันเป็นห้างหุ้นส่วนขึ้นใหม่
