หนังสือบริคณห์สนธินั้น ท่านให้ทำเป็นต้นฉบับไว้ไม่น้อยกว่าสองฉบับ และให้ลงลายมือชื่อของบรรดาผู้เริ่มก่อการ และลายมือชื่อทั้งปวงนั้นให้มีพยานลงชื่อรับรองด้วยสองคน หนังสือบริคณห์สนธิซึ่งได้ทำนั้น ท่านบังคับให้นำฉบับหนึ่งไปจดทะเบียนและมอบไว้ ณ หอทะเบียนในส่วนพระราชอาณาเขตซึ่งบ่งไว้ว่าจะบอกทะเบียนตั้งสำนักงานของบริษัทนั้น

Le mémorandum doit être établi en au moins deux exemplaires originaux et signé par les fondateurs. Les signatures doivent être certifiées par deux témoins. Un exemplaire du mémorandum doit être déposé et enregistré auprès du bureau d'enregistrement de la partie du Royaume où est déclaré se situe le siège social de la société.
