เมื่อได้ประชุมตั้งบริษัทแล้ว ให้ผู้เริ่มก่อการบริษัทมอบการทั้งปวงให้แก่กรรมการของบริษัท เมื่อกรรมการได้รับการแล้ว ก็ให้ลงมือจัดการเรียกให้ผู้เริ่มก่อการและผู้เข้าชื่อซื้อหุ้นทั้งหลายใช้เงินในหุ้นซึ่งจะต้องใช้เป็นตัวเงิน เรียกหุ้นหนึ่งไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละยี่สิบห้า ตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในหนังสือชี้ชวนบอกกล่าวป่าวร้องหรือหนังสือชวนให้ซื้อหุ้น

Après la tenue de l'assemblée statutaire, les fondateurs confient la gestion de l'entreprise aux administrateurs. Ces derniers veillent alors à ce que les fondateurs et les souscripteurs versent immédiatement, pour chaque action payable en numéraire, le montant prévu par le prospectus, l'avis, la publicité ou l'invitation, qui ne saurait être inférieur à vingt-cinq pour cent.
