ข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิอย่างน้อยต้องมีรายการ ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ชื่อมูลนิธิ (๒) วัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธิ (๓) ที่ตั้งสำนักงานใหญ่และที่ตั้งสำนักงานสาขาทั้งปวง (๔) ทรัพย์สินของมูลนิธิขณะจัดตั้ง (๕) ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับคณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิ ได้แก่ จำนวนกรรมการ การตั้งกรรมการ วาระการดำรงตำแหน่งของกรรมการ การพ้นจากตำแหน่งของกรรมการ และการประชุมของคณะกรรมการ (๖) ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการจัดการมูลนิธิ การจัดการทรัพย์สินและบัญชีของมูลนิธิ

Les statuts doivent comporter au moins les mentions suivantes : (1) la dénomination de l’association ; (2) son objet ; (3) l’adresse de son siège social et de toutes ses succursales ; (4) son patrimoine au moment de sa création ; (5) le règlement intérieur du comité de la fondation, notamment le nombre d’administrateurs, leur nomination, la durée de leur mandat, les modalités de leur révocation et la fréquence de leurs réunions ; (6) le règlement relatif à la gestion de la fondation, à la gestion de son patrimoine et à la tenue de ses comptes.
