บุคคลใดประสงค์จะได้สำเนางบดุลฉบับหลังที่สุดจากบริษัทใด ๆ ก็ชอบที่จะซื้อเอาได้โดยราคาไม่เกินฉบับละยี่สิบบาท ให้เป็นหน้าที่ของกรรมการที่จะส่งสำเนางบดุลทุกฉบับไปยังนายทะเบียนไม่ช้ากว่าเดือนหนึ่งนับแต่วันซึ่งงบดุลนั้นได้รับอนุมัติในที่ประชุมใหญ่

English translation
Any person is entitled to obtain from any company a copy of its latest balance-sheet on payment of a sum not exceeding twenty baht. It shall be the duty of the directors to send to the Registrar a copy of every balance sheet not later than one month after it has been adopted by the general meeting. 5.
