บทบัญญัติแห่งสามมาตราก่อนนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับถึงเรือมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป ทั้งแพและสัตว์พาหนะด้วยโดยอนุโลม

The provisions of the three foregoing sections shall apply mutatis mutandis to vessels of five tons and over, to floating houses and to beasts of burden.
