เมื่อมูลนิธิมีเหตุต้องเลิกตามมาตรา ๑๓๐ (๑) (๒) หรือ (๓) แล้ว ให้คณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิที่อยู่ในตำแหน่งขณะมีการเลิกมูลนิธิแจ้งการเลิกมูลนิธิต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่มีการเลิกมูลนิธิ ในกรณีที่ศาลมีคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งถึงที่สุดให้มูลนิธิล้มละลายตามมาตรา ๑๓๐ (๔) หรือมีคำสั่งถึงที่สุดให้เลิกมูลนิธิตามมาตรา ๑๓๑ ให้ศาลแจ้งคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งดังกล่าวให้นายทะเบียนทราบด้วย ให้นายทะเบียนประกาศการเลิกมูลนิธิในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Lorsqu'un cas relevant des paragraphes 130 (1), (2) ou (3) survient, le comité de la fondation en fonction au moment de la dissolution en informe le greffier dans un délai de quarante jours à compter de la date de dissolution. Si le tribunal prononce un jugement définitif ou une ordonnance définitive de mise en faillite de la fondation en vertu du paragraphe 130 (4), ou une ordonnance définitive de dissolution de la fondation en vertu de l'article 131, il en informe également le greffier. Ce dernier publie la dissolution de la fondation au Journal officiel.
