บุคคลใดทำให้สัตว์ป่าบาดเจ็บแล้วติดตามไปและบุคคลอื่นจับสัตว์นั้นได้ก็ดี หรือสัตว์นั้นตายลงในที่ดินของบุคคลอื่นก็ดี ท่านว่าบุคคลแรกเป็นเจ้าของสัตว์
