ห้ามมิให้ขุดดินหรือบรรทุกน้ำหนักบนที่ดินเกินควรจนอาจเป็นเหตุอันตรายแก่ความอยู่มั่นแห่งที่ดินติดต่อ เว้นแต่จะจัดการเพียงพอเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหาย
