Lorsqu'une haie ou un fossé qui ne sert pas de drain appartient en commun aux propriétaires de deux parcelles de terrain contiguës, chacun des propriétaires a le droit de couper la haie ou de combler le fossé jusqu'à la limite de propriété, à condition qu'il construise un mur ou érige une clôture le long de cette limite.
