ถ้าผู้รับประโยชน์ละเลยไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขอันเป็นสาระสำคัญซึ่งระบุไว้ในนิติกรรมก่อตั้งภาระติดพันนั้นไซร้ ท่านว่าคู่กรณีอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งจะบอกเลิกสิทธิของผู้รับประโยชน์เสียก็ได้

English translation

If the beneficiary neglects to comply with any essential condition specified in the act creating the charge, the other party may terminate the right of the beneficiary.
