Toute personne intéressée peut, dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la date à laquelle elle a connaissance de l'enregistrement de la légitimation, saisir le tribunal d'une demande d'annulation de cet enregistrement au motif que la personne à l'initiative de l'enregistrement n'est pas le père de l'enfant. En tout état de cause, une telle action ne peut être intentée après un délai de dix ans à compter de la date d'enregistrement.
