ประโยชน์ของผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครอง หรือของคู่สมรสหรือบุตรของผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครองตามมาตรา ๑๕๗๕ ให้หมายความรวมถึงประโยชน์ในกิจการดังต่อไปนี้ด้วย คือ (๑) ประโยชน์ในกิจการที่กระทำกับห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญที่บุคคลดังกล่าวนั้นเป็นหุ้นส่วน (๒) ประโยชน์ในกิจการที่กระทำกับห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดที่บุคคลดังกล่าวนั้นเป็นหุ้นส่วนจำพวกไม่จำกัดความรับผิด

English translation
The interests of a person exercising parental power or the interests of a spouse or children of a person exercising parental power in Section 1575 shall include interest in the following businesses: 1. Interests in the business that the said person performs with an ordinary partnership of which that person is a partner. 2. Interests in the business that the said person performs with a limited partnership of which that person is a partner with unlimited liability.
