การฟ้องเลิกการรับบุตรบุญธรรม ถ้าบุตรบุญธรรมมีอายุไม่ครบสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์ให้บิดามารดาโดยกำเนิดเป็นผู้มีอำนาจฟ้องแทน แต่ถ้าบุตรบุญธรรมมีอายุสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์แล้วบุตรบุญธรรมฟ้องได้โดยไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ใด ในกรณีตามวรรคหนึ่ง อัยการจะฟ้องคดีแทนบุตรบุญธรรมก็ได้

Si l'enfant adopté est âgé de moins de quinze ans, l'action en dissolution d'adoption est intentée en son nom par ses parents biologiques. Si l'enfant adopté est âgé de plus de quinze ans, il peut intenter l'action sans avoir à obtenir le consentement de quiconque. Le procureur peut, dans le cas visé au premier paragraphe, intenter l'action au nom de l'enfant adopté.
