ห้ามมิให้ฟ้องขอเลิกการรับบุตรบุญธรรมเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งปี นับแต่วันที่ผู้ขอเลิกการรับบุตรบุญธรรมรู้หรือควรได้รู้ข้อเท็จจริงอันเป็นเหตุให้เลิกการนั้น หรือเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสิบปีนับแต่เหตุนั้นเกิดขึ้น
