นอกจากบุคคลที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๑๕๕๗ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ นิติบุคคล หรือบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีความสามารถบริบูรณ์ จะรับตั้งเป็นผู้ปกครองทรัพย์ก็ได้
