ผู้ปกครองทรัพย์นั้น ย่อมตั้งขึ้นได้โดย(๑) ผู้ทำพินัยกรรม(๒) บุคคลซึ่งระบุไว้ในพินัยกรรมให้เป็นผู้ตั้ง
